Excellent writing ability, strong relationship building skills, and a can-do attitude are a must. Technical knowledge of financial products is a major advantage, otherwise the candidate will have to prove a clear capability of rapidly accumulating this level of understanding.. This person must also be passionate about marketing and the function's role in creating a growing business and an industry-leading brand. They will be working closely with the Marketing Director, CEO, Managing Director, Head of Sales, Customer Services Team and other senior management and need to be comfortable interacting with and influencing these people.
A history of delivering results
Full understanding of the marketing mix, including digital
Knowledge of the IFA marketplace with an understanding of adviser motivations/needs
Detail-oriented and quality conscious
Proven writing and editing skills
Must possess lots of IQ points and the ability to learn new skills quickly
