Develop your career as a TV Marketing Manager in a highly varied role and fast-paced retail marketing environment.
Operating at a senior level within the Co-operative Food business, you’ll gain vast exposure and experience throughout our whole organisation as you deliver leading edge, customer focused, above the line TV advertising campaigns. Extremely hands-on, you’ll deal with our London advertising agency from day one (and on a daily basis) and manage the production process, from inception to implementation, of TV marketing communications.
Developing, analysing, championing and implementing distinctive creative concepts, you’ll make sure our Food TV advertising adheres to brand guidelines, has a clear tone and consistent personality. Delivering the annual food retail TV plan, you’ll also interpret market and industry data, review competitors on a regular basis and make recommendations on the best way to move forward.
With TV marketing experience gained in a similar role either in an agency or client side, you’ll have an understanding of all aspects of TV production and all the technicalities of it. Able to react to change at a moments notice, you’ll work flexibly, both in and out of the office and be able to frequently commute to London.
Familiar with working in a busy, multi project environment, to tight schedules and often under pressure, you’ll be skilled at managing multiple stakeholders to board level and have experience of managing your own team. You’ll also possess the gravitas and credibility to not only see the bigger picture, but influence others to appreciate it too.
