This role, which will be based primarily in Brighton, will have responsibility for developing a 3 yearstrategic approach that unifies all digital channels, including web, intranet and social media. You will be required to collaborate closely with each of the channel teams to form a cohesive unit, following the standards and frameworks that you have put in place. Furthermore you will be expected to act as a digital advocate, and font of knowledge into new online techniques and innovations.
The right individual for this business is likely to have work previously in either a channel role, perhaps as a digital channel manager elsewhere, or to have worked on each of the component channels. The ideal candidate would possible have had an agency background, or similar role which required them to have an overview of a number of online processes and teams, while retaining sight of the bigger picture. Your skills should include but will not be limited to:
- Digital strategy, including UX, Social, Web and Intranet
- Knowledge of SEM techniques and content strategy
- Ability to acclimatise to new environments quickly, and work on multiple projects.

A salary of between £50000 and £70000 DOE, plus bonus and benefits
