You will ensure we communicate the full benefits of our comprehensive facilities to potential new customers and support sell out of all products across the Executive Club and Matchday VIP brands. Equally as important will be the focus on retention of the customer base.
Reporting to the Venue Marketing Manager and working closely with the Hospitality Sales Team you will set the strategic marketing agenda, develop creative plans and ensure their seamless execution. At the same time, you will coach and lead your team to deliver high impact marketing campaigns that drive continued sales growth to meet stretching revenue targets.
Alongside a relevant marketing-related degree or equivalent qualification, you will bring a proven track record of delivering strategically targeted, multi channel marketing campaigns. You will have experience of working in partnership with sales teams to drive results in a high pressure environment. A results-driven approach, plenty of initiative and demonstrable flair for operating under pressure is key to success. Above all, you should combine innate creativity with impressive attention to detail.
