At Aldermore we value expertise. Now we seek yours to drive the growth of our mortgage business by developing and implementing individual marketing plans for business lines including Residential Mortgages Commercial Mortgages, and Property Development (predominantly to broker but also direct to customers).
Working closely with the MDs within the mortgage division you will provide sharper focus on broker and customer needs and tailor our approach to meet them, raising product and brand awareness, deepening product penetration, maximising cross-selling, and championing our relationship with key stakeholders in the mortgage arena.

Our environment is perfect for an outgoing and creative marketing professional who can not only hit the ground running but also work at a very fast pace with a wide workload. To do that, you will need proven experience in and delivering online and offline campaigns that achieve business sales targets, events, management of multiple projects, and maximising the whole marketing mix.
You must also have experience of creating a joined-up approach to marketing that brings together third party intermediaries, brokers and distribution partners, as well as managing multiple stakeholder demands and expectations. Ideally from a retail banking background or mortgage industry, with experience of financial promotion and communication, you will be cool under pressure, able to speak to people at all levels, and plan and manage both long term campaigns whilst fitting in short notice product changes.
