The focus of this CRM Manager role is to embed a data driven approach within the Marketing function of this premium brand, and to offer enhanced analytical capability across the breadth of the business.

With direct line management responsibility for a CRM analyst, you will take overall responsibility for providing the strategic and analytical thinking to drive customer attraction and retention activities. You will be accountable for ongoing customer behaviour analysis and producing monthly and annual forecasts.  Interpreting data and providing actionable insights to the Management Team will be a key aspect of this role.

The successful candidate will possess extensive analytical skills and be comfortable using high volume data analysis tools within the online space. Preferably a background in retail and trade, but not essential. You must have a strong background in campaign tracking and analysis of marketing across the piece, including CRM and promotional activity. Understanding of consumers and being results driven will be incremental to your success.

You will possess extensive analytical skills and be comfortable using high volume data analysis tools.  Experience in interpreting consumer data is essential, this may have been gained in a retail, insight, on-line pure play or telecommunications background.  The role requires a high degree of flexibility, strong work ethic and the ability to proactively provide insight and recommendations throughout the organisation.
