What you’ll do
In charge of a team of digital creatives and creative technologists, you’ll nurture their ideas and discover new ways of putting the BBC front and centre of the digital market.

That means working closely with BBC channels and brands including Radio 1, CBBC, & BBC Three, as well as BBC Future Media’s R&D Team to get a real understanding of our audiences. Equipped with that understanding, it then means making innovative use of online technologies, social and mobile to make the biggest possible impact.

A bit about you
An experienced and ambitious creative lead, you’ll know all about digital content innovation and back it up with a strong editorial skillset and proven storytelling ability. Your natural leadership skills mean you’ll have no problem building, inspiring and motivating a switched on team. And your interpersonal skills will extend to the wider business too.

So to deliver to them you’ll need knowledge of market trends and opportunities, an appreciation of evolving digital trends and an understanding of the impact they have on our audiences.
